Tier 1 Investor Visas
London & Capital has set up a specialist international division to provide financial advice and management to clients across the globe looking to obtain a Tier 1 UK Investor Visa.
To encourage foreign investment, the UK Government and UK Border Agency have created an investment structure that grants indefinite leave to remain in the UK or can be used as a possible key component when applying for British citizenship.
Indefinite leave to remain can be applied for using the following investment structure:
- £1 million investment over a 5 year term, indefinite leave to remain applied for after 6 years
- £5 million investment over a 3 year term, indefinite leave to remain applied for after 3 years
- £10 million investment over a 2 year term, indefinite leave to remain applied for after 2 years
Tier 1 investor visas, in combination with residential requirements, can also help towards gaining overall British citizenship.
